ended up submitting a 1068 point solution to the bongo
@aescling the possible scores vary a lot each day depending on the available letters ofc but it's tuned so that, very roughly and averaged out over time, 4 digit bongo scores are pretty good
the strategy tip btw
@aescling it seemed to me that putting V on the x3 wouldn't ever be worth it because the best possible letter for the x2 to its left was O, for 7 (14) points
it turns out the math works out such that it's absolutely worth it haha
@aescling that's not bad tbh, i was stuck at 1043 for quite a while and had to get a little nudge (no words or anything, just a strategy tip)
