I tell this story at least once a year but I think it's fun to remember the one good GDQ donation message

It was during the Super Metroid run that used to close out each marathon, kill the animals was in the lead by like $18k or something ridiculous like that

Right before the runner was going to get the result the host said "We have one last donation for [exactly enough to close the gap] that just says 'get rekt. save the animals'."
