does gen 3 have critical captures or was that added for this romhack
crit captures are so good
because
1. the fact that they happen after the first shake check means that they end the tension earlier than you expect, which is a nice little surprise when it happens. like "oh it just worked!"
2. if you've been intentionally working on your dex then you get this nice little emotional payoff of "my hard work did matter, it's good that i did that"
