is this just how normal people hydrate every day. how do you DRINK this much WATER. how am i even doing it

for the past 3 days, including today assuming i finish this pitcher off the same way, i have had (at least, my measurement of this pitcher wasn't exactly scientific) 2.75 liters of water each day.
