idk i feel like there's no Character Design it's just like "what if a glaceon stood up"
other people would put like Unique Markings on their pokemon characters or at least like a bow or something
@aescling yeah but you can start with "cat" and land somewhere other than "fluffy and black with yellow eyes"
i'm just a glaceon, and i chose a colour palette but only out of the two canon ones. no unusual markings or accessories or anything
