it pretends to be weirder.earth but uses M247 VPN endpoints, and gets stopped in its tracks by either authorized fetch or a mitigation we ported from monsterpit two years ago

which means a lot of their traffic is malicious by volume, but some of it is just folks using mullvad or nordvpn or whatever legitimately
