On most of my phones I've turned on developer mode just because I know how to and it's sort of secret and fun, but I never bothered on this one
I was sad that my phone doesn't have a feature my previous phone had but I just put up with it for years
I enabled dev mode recently to do real developer stuff and IT'S RIGHT THERE YOU JSUT HAVE TO BE IN DEV MODE TO TURN IT ON
@monorail OH
@monorail brb enabling an option in my android settings
@aescling right?? like there's a reason most modern phones have it turned on my default
like i actually didn't even know you could turn it off
@aescling with this option off, the volume buttons on my phone and the volume buttons on my bluetooth headphones control the volume of each device. the phone sends audio at volume X and my headphones play it at volume Y so i hear it at volume X*Y
with this option on, the buttons on my phone and my headphones control the same volume. pressing the volume down button on my phone and pressing the button on my headphones does the same thing
