The MRI I've been waiting 3 years for and have called to check on with my GP
about every year since and was told I just needed to be patient: My GP just admitted they never sent it.
Starting to think my therapist may have a point about filing grievances.

@RobotDiver your therapist definitely has a point about grievances — waiting lists are already hell without an additional three years of delay (and lies) for no reason on top of it all
