@rowyn this one would definitely freak me out too tbf — no one likes to loose their companions / get lost themselves while they’re asleep and can’t even do anything about it!

@Satsuma @rowyn

Seriously. This is hopefully not panic, but it's definitely not a problem she can solve with a sword (not that she has one on her person at the moment).

Flinging open the neighboring door may find her help or more problems. If there's still a door at the end of the hall, where Zhenshay's room is/was, knocking there might've been a better choice.

Does House let its residents put notes on its doors, or provide clues about which room is currently on the other side?

@kelkyag @Satsuma Victory: "I am trying to postpone the moment when Zhenshay says 'Welcome to the Endless Forest' in person and not just as a voice in my head." >_<

@rowyn @Satsuma
Is not hearing that from Zhenshay more pressing than finding Valor?

@kelkyag @Satsuma Victory: "No. But if my first reaction to weird circumstances is to complain to my host that the weird forest is being weird again, Val will be annoyed with me when I do find him."

@kelkyag @Satsuma Victory: "I thought I was probably panicking too much, though, so it's nice to hear that someone else thinks I'm not panicking enough."

@rowyn @Satsuma
No, you're panicking too much. You can knock on Zhenshay's door and ask if he knows where Valor is, or if he has time to help you find Valor. Commenting on being disconcerted by House's reconfiguration is optional and doesn't need to be expressed as a complaint. Asking for assistance in an unfamiliar situation is generally acceptable. (Though possibly not useful in Victory's childhood, alas.)

If Zhenshay's door isn't there, that might call for a little panic.

@Satsuma @rowyn
Particularly when you only just met House, and have no clue what its opinion on you is...
