Food, it is oozing (baking)

I'm always finding new and interesting ways to screw up (gf) baked goods. I used to be so good at gluten. I'm hit and miss for gluten free baking.
Here I was following a well reviewed gluten recipe, but using King Arthur measure for measure gluten-free flour blend. I was prepared for it to not bake evenly or be gummy, but I have no idea why it has gone quite THIS sideways.

Ooh the bits that oozed off baked up fast and we ate them and they were damn good. I think this is just too much batter for the pan and I will repeat the recipe another time, but probably halve it.

@Cyannin yeah i’ve had this happen with glutinous quickbreads baked in too small pans as well — you can also split off some of the batter into muffin cups if you want to make the full recipe without a blueberry ooze monster taking over your oven!

@Satsuma this one caught me totally off guard because the loaf pan was barely 2/3 full! But for once the bread isn't super dense (a big win with gf!), so I guess it needed that loft.
