this scene is how I learned that apparently American cities have containers full of food just. driving themselves around??? surely the most not just logical but also moral thing to do if you see one is to smash it with an axe and take the food. are people not doing this...?
@bloodripelives they're not super common yet afaik but also they have a ton of surveillance tech all over them
@imp @bloodripelives Philly is one of the rollout cities unfortunately and right now we’re seeing more interest in disabling the bots than actually trying to take the food (which is harder than just say, slapping some tape across its optical sensors bc you need to get a locked box open) but also they are VERY easy to disable so. i expect innovations on this front soon
