while everyone fights over city real estate I am peacefully creating a flock of birds up in a less-populated part of the map
I just used my accumulated droplets to unlock another shade of orange, so next up will be a baltimore oriole!
@soph_sol oh no those patterns sound so frustrating 😅 but your loon looks much more loon-like than a duck with loon colors on, so excellent work with your improvised corrections
@Satsuma the internet is full of SO many bad bird patterns!!! and the number of weird horrible ai glurge patterns is just....it's sad. but I'm out here representing!
@Satsuma Mostly I'm looking up cross stitch patterns for birds, starting to input them on wplace, realising partway in that I disagree with the cross stitch pattern designer about either the bird's shape or the colous patterningor both, and winging it from there to make it better! the cross stitch I started with for the loon, eg, was completely just a duck shape with loon colours slapped onto it...so wrong looking
