I'm mad at Delta Airlines
Delta canceled my little sister's early morning flight home from a major city. the next available flight? not later the same day. the evening of the *next* day.
I asked if they at least got a voucher for lodging. ah, no. all they got was $30 in airport food vouchers. for two people. for *two days.* you know how much food $30 gets you in an airport? that's barely one meal and a nonalcoholic beverage.
Delta Airlines, meet me in the parking lot, I'm ready to throw down.

@twistylittlepassages oof thats rough! she may be able to get better vouchers (or even sometimes a flight) if she goes in person to complain but like, going in person to complain is the woooooorst so

@Satsuma I mean they're stuck at the airport, her partner went and talked to someone, and that's what they told him.
he's very sweet and gentle and would never want to cause problems for anyone, which I generally deeply appreciate. but this is the kind of situation where you really want to be difficult imo
