How did Canada manage to keep their signature dishes and desserts to themselves? It's interesting that I don't see much evidence of their popularity across the border. Maybe that's changing Seems like the folks in Upstate New York, Northern Wisconsin, and other locales would have adopted a lot of them.

@Satsuma @AspiringLuddite sounds like things are improving then, with more regional options. I'm glad. It's really hard to find any interesting cuisine where I live.
