I got aesthetically nerdsniped by an mp3 player a few days before the tree landed on my house and have only now managed to actually get some music on it.

It sounds decent, it looks very nice. It works reasonably well. My library is horribly tagged.

@Satsuma i guess my phrasing was unclear?

I have tried ogg, flac, and mp3.

@Satsuma spwc sheet says it will. I'm gonna try opus tonight and some of my heinous compression.

@ajroach42 if its on my spec sheet it probably works fine—my experience is that the m4a formats support much better metadata than flacc (and also most of my existing files are alac so it’d be a pain to convert them all lol)

good luck with your continued experiments :)
