@lostletters if the weather etc allows it, i find spending at least a few minutes outside every day to be incredibly beneficial to my mental health. even better if its during daylight hours (even if theres no sunshine) and best if i can look at some growing things in the process
@lostletters also while i rarely do the proper 54321 grounding exercise, i do find spending a few minutes consciously engaging my senses very helpful. eg. making a mug of tea and really taking the time to notice how it feels warm in your hands, enjoy the smell, etc. other options could be feeling the softness of your beadspread, or trying to put your full focus into just listening to a song
