what are your recipe recommendations for #TransCakeDay ?

now I'm thinking I'll go with @lizopp 's "Everyday Butter Cake" for #TransCakeDay -- partly because it looks simple and delicious, partly because I'm pretty sure we actually already have all the ingredients on hand.

@twistylittlepassages i don’t know if i’m up for another baking project so soon, tho the pumpkin cakes* will likely be gone by monday
if i do it’ll probably be an apple or pumpkin quickbread though, since those are easy and delicious and fall
