In English, there is a word for a parent's sister or sister-in-law (or female-presenting sibling/sibling-in-law): aunt.

@lisamakesstuff cursed fourth option: if its in front of someones name (eg. “I called Aunt Elizabeth yesterday”) its option one, otherwise (“I called my aunt yesterday”) option three

I suspect this may be a transitional thing where our accent is trending from awnt to ant but names and titles, being more resistant to change are lagging a bit behind. If true my older relatives should largely say awnt regardless of context, I suppose I could listen and see?
