@artcollisions eh i mean on the other hand, the property beside us did some work a few years back which lead to all of their rainwater getting funneled into our yard—suddenly all our plants were drowning! Not saying @platypus has made those kinds of changes, or that her neighbor has any reason to think she did! but there are definitely circumstances when its reasonable for your neighbors to get annoyed about your rainwater drainage and ask you to fix it.
@Satsuma @artcollisions yeah, we took out the grass and put in the plants pictured. And this hasn’t actually blocked the storm drain, but I think she perceives it somewhat as having done.
