Does Asia Pacific include Australia/Oceania? Does it include just East Asia, or Asia as a whole?
And if it does, does that mean "Rest-of-World" is just... a euphemism for Africa?

Also unsure where to put the Caribbean islands in this weird classification system—are we splitting the predominantly english/french countries up into north American while the Spanish speaking ones go in Latin America? Grouping them all in “rest of world”??
