@lirazel no but they need to be boiled in an alkaline water solution before baking, which is a bit more intensive than most bready products!
@soph_sol Oh, yeah, boiling. Like bagels. There's a reason most of us don't make our own at home!
@lirazel exactly! the recipe I'd like to try has a step that reads as follows: "repeat the boiling-and-baking until you want to die, then keep going until you run out of dough."
