I wonder how many people actually make use of their mattress warranty. We had to jump through so many hoops but we finally have a new mattress, spouse is driving it home now.
If your old mattress has a single stain, the warranty is void! If it looks like you carried it by the handles, void! Doesn't matter that the defect under warranty is sagging, which is entirely unrelated. VOID!
But we successfully navigated the hoops Yay
Now just to hope and pray that there's not too much off-gassing 🙃🫠 because it's not really a time of year for opening windows...
@Cyannin ….why put handles on the mattress if you’re just going to insist we never use them?????
@Satsuma handles are only for help in rotating, never for moving! Damage to the handle automatically means you tried to carry the mattress by the handle. Void!

@Satsuma in the end it's a free $1000 mattress right from the factory - and ten more years of warranty - so it's worth it!
