Friendqueer as in a queer approach to friendship. Friendqueer as in the way being aplspec affects friendship. Friendqueer as in not fitting into the typical "rules" for what friendship should be. Friendqueer as in sometimes my friendships look like other people's romance. Friendqueer as in looking at cishets talk about friendship and thinking that what they describe sounds awful. Friendqueer as in "I'm gay for you but in a platonic way". Friendqueer.

Friendqueer is intended to be a description of a person and is about how someone approaches regular friendship whereas queerplatonic is [usually] a description of a type of relationship, specifically one that for whatever reason the label of friendship doesn't fully cover
