TIL my ham radio club was founded at ... ... Raytheon. 👀
But kind of like the internet was founded by DARPA.
Basically it was a club for the employees/by the employees, but structured as one of their official employee clubs. And then it dissolved and became regional.
this was like --- in the 1950s?
