I made tofu kimchi jjigae! But I started with ground pork (actually ground sow, very flavorful) so the broth was almost like a tonkatsu. This was so easy, I had all the ingredients, why haven't I been doing this?!

Especially since we decided for some reason to get a *gallon* (3.5 kg!) of kimchi during our last H-mart visit!
