Is it a #neurolovely thing to get stuck in a rut with what foods you eat? We're trying to figure out things that even very sleepy brain weird teenagers could manage and I decided it'd be a useful #zine to make for #ZineWriMo. we will ourselves 100% forget in a month otherwise

what's your fave breakfast that isn't cereal? 

@aldercone usually i have toast with butter and jam, but yoghurt and granola are also nice

maybe not a super doable option for teenagers specifically but my rice cooker has an steel-cut oatmeal option and I love the convenience of just throwing some grains in a pot with water, pushing some buttons, and waking up to breakfast having made itself (when i’m feeling ambitious i add a diced apple or some spices or a handful of dried fruit)
