@naye oh thats an interesting recipe! i almost always just bake halves and then puree, which is v versatile if you want to freeze a bunch of squash for say, winter baking projects, but it means i don’t try other cooking styles as often
@Satsuma It makes a great dinner! And because you can eat the seeds and skin literally the only prep before shoving it in the oven is splitting the butternut squash in half. Extremely efficient and surprisingly flavorful!
