advice needed regarding PascalCase in hashtags 

Does PascalCase have any guidelines for when an acronym runs up against another word? For instance if we want to talk about US emergency alerts, what's the best way to write it in a hashtag? USEmergencyAlert (with "US" in capital letters, and Emergency is also capitalized)? Or US_EmergencyAlert (with an underscore to separate the word "US" from "Emergency")?

@gardener i think the underscore version would prob be better but unfortunately punctuation breaks hashtags on Mastodon so that second one would just get tagged as
