Gender stuff

I saw 'demifemme' in someone's bio recently and read their explanation of how it fits them and found myself nodding along eagerly.

I always felt like I couldn't use agender or would be fraudulent to use it because I don't always feel agender. So I've just gone along with cis because I didn't know of anything that fit better.

Being on fedi has gone someway to helping me broaden my perception of myself, but being in fedimins specifically -

Gender stuff

- with a hugely diverse bunch of people who are all immensely supportive of each other but who also regularly (nicely) go 'there's no way Welsh is cis, right?' have given me a comfy environment and gentle nudges to self-reflect about my connection to gender.

I didn't know there was a label for 'identifies as femme and other' that would fit me. So, yeah, demifemme - I'm mostly female but sometimes veer off towards agender. I'm comfortable with she/her and they/them. :hammyblush:
