A couple of weeks ago we took these rugs out of storage and discovered they were full of moths 🤮 So they've been living outside the front door since then, and today I finally got around to taking them to the recycling centre.
There were big signs everywhere saying "no pedestrian access" (despite a bus stop Right There), but no one objected to me on my bike. #BikeTooter #CargoBike #CarryShitOlympics

@oddtypeofdragon ugh i hate places that ban pedestrians bc its easier than putting the tiniest amount of effort into making things safe for non-car users. glad you were able to drop off successfully anyway!
@Satsuma Yeah it's so frustrating! And it's not a big or dangerous site, really - all the danger comes from not having a pedestrian pavement alongside the car lane. So it's a vicious circle.
