as a small mastodon server, i kinda wish i could tap a hashtag feed from another server and pipe those posts into my federated timeline
but i guess that's just a more awkward relay system, implementation-wise :/

the general purpose ones all feel like “add a bunch of noise to your instance!” which i’m way less into
@Satsuma i'm imagining https://a.gup.pe/ but without the indirection through a user account
like, i'm in a small relay connecting a handful of small/medium servers together, which helps, but the federated timeline is still actually manageable (and feels like the combination feed between the two active accounts here >_>)
