Guys. Guys. Go see #BornToFly. It's super fucking exciting and cool. Yeah there are a few Chinese propaganda-y bits but I reckon no more and no less than you'd get with your average American military film.
I'm so pumped. Omg I've never seen fighter jet sequences like those.
(Minor gripe: the enemy fighters were arrogant and rude to a cartoonish level. But eh it's something to laugh at.)

The script and plotline are nothing to rave about really, but the cast and crew do great work with what they've been given.
I'm pondering the test pilot death rate. There have only been 87 pilots at that facility, but it looks like the memorial has over 50 graves in it. Which ... fuck.
