cookware question, consumerism

my go to frying pan, a teflon deal from target from several years back, is finally blistering and filling my body with (even more) weapons-grade microplastics. what kinda pans / pan technologies do y'all like / recommend if i'm trying to cut back on my forever chemicals intake?

@kit well seasoned cast iron will last you the rest of your life. May take a little adjustment if you’re used to teflon pans which are generally much thinner (longer heating times but—hopefully—much more even once its hot)

enameled cast iron is a little fussier but can be a real pleasure to cook on

both options are also induction friendly, so no need to worry about any future stoves being incompatible
