Trying to dry my own mango in the oven. We'll see how well this works. We've got a fan assisted (that's convection, US folks) oven, so that should help a wee bit.

@Satsuma I'm trying for 80 C or so--my oven's temp gauge is a bit funky. I've just checked and turned them and things look to be going okay so far--nothing's overdone yet.

@rhiannonrevolts yeah oven temp gauges going funky at lower temps is part of why I haven’t attempted drying fruit myself. I hope it works out!
