@AzureKingfisher if you dont mind chugging water afterwards, salt stick offers electrolytes in pill form: https://saltstick.com I really like these (I take the vitassium ones) but they’re def not the right choice if you struggle to drink liquids

I’ve heard good things about skratch labs ( https://www.skratchlabs.com ) being less sweet/gross tasting than most electrolyte powders but I haven’t had a chance to try them yet
