got my browser tab count back under 300! noice 🎉

haha, I remember when the only time my browser tabs would get cleared out was when firefox would crash and lose them. then they fixed that bug and now I can pile them sky-high, forever 🌆

been whittling away again. under 250 open tabs now!

90% of my open tabs are due to stuff rec'd by friends on the Fediverse (and me going "oh that sounds interesting, I'll read/watch that later"), so I figure the Fedi is the proper place to celebrate this progress 🥂

funny how much easier it gets to close them when you get way back into the non-recent links, and the contents are no longer current, or whatever intentions you had for them have faded. 🌅

that said, I'm still piling up a lot of bookmarks, because there's just so much good stuff! tons of really interesting resources, plus a bunch of essays I'm shoving over to Pocket for ereader time.

@twistylittlepassages i used to do weekly ‘interesting stuff i found’ linkposts mostly bc it would actually force me to go through them every week
