Don't take advice from anyone who uses the word "nutritionist" at face value. Anyone can call themselves that.
I could launch a YouTube channel right now, call myself The Goblin Nutritionist, and tell people to eat nothing but mushrooms and sauerkraut and there's nothing anybody could do to stop me
