“we practice restorative justice” do you? or are you going to panic the first time someone makes an accusation in your community, realize you have no actual systems or methods in place, and immediately resort to ostracism

on the other hand: “restorative justice” is not an invitation to endlessly platform abusers and give them a constant stage to say whatever they want to whomever they want without consequences
