• if the job description asks for a resume and cover letter, please please provide both. it doesn’t matter if they are good
• minimum qualifications are actual minimums. the hiring team is on your side; they want to consider you and will do everything in their power to, including a very liberal interpretation of “or equivalent experience”. but you have to give them enough information to do so
• please provide dates; if you are required to have five years experience please give something at least a little bit related from at least five years ago
