nobody cares about this but i extremely care about this as it is blocking both my XSD library and my requirements for unique identifier generation

i contemplated implementing the nintendo switch base32 alphabet in addition to the RFC one and the Crockford one because it is like Crockford but swears and doesn’t sleep (FUCK is valid but ZZZ is not)
[less jokingly i think Z~2 is a good confusable to avoid, although whether it is better or worse than U~V is anyone’s guess]
but i didn't want to try to mandate the specifics of what should be allowed and it's easy enough to just transform a Crockford by shifting V-Z up a letter that i decided not to bother
