HSL can get you kind of ballpark close but there comes a time when you just gotta get dirty with the RGB sliders

one side‐effect of working on this colour palette only once in a blue moon for years is that i keep making different determinations on which parts of it are done or not
there are probably some colours in here that i now consider finished which are things i just threw in there as a placeholder
