some people pile all their breakfast onto an english muffin and eat it as a sandwich, some people eat every ingredient individually and have the muffin just with butter, some people land somewhere in the middle
tortilla is a flatbread for delivering food to mouth, but i* think you have as much freedom as you want regarding exactly which foods to mouth how
*i am not mexican(-american) so others may chime in and say “no kibi you’re wrong” but like. it’s a flatbread, not the Eucharist; the versatility is the point
