Okay here's a UI question for elekk people:
is there a way to make my notifications column not like pop up minimized versions of my notifs by default? I can't see anything poking around the settings

@coriander it's the other settings (called app preferences, the multigear icon in the ui)
@coriander there are two settingses because some people wanted different settings per device so that is those settings
