Ugh, I prolly won't be able to call the post office tomorrow to try and straighten out this shit with my coffee which means I'll have to wait til Monday to call them OR hear back from support from the company I ordered from and it's just wearing me down, I'm so tired and I just want my stupid coffee
And I hate that my brain is fixated on it like this but it is and I can't NOT fixate on it at this point so I'm just gonna be miserable and also grouchy until it gets resolved and I hate that
This shit better be delicious, if I went through all this headache and it finally gets here and it sucks I'm gonna pitch a fit
Neurotypical enough to REALIZE what my brain is doing but neurodivergent enough not to be able to stop it
I'm still gonna TRY to call the post office but I'm not optimistic
Also the coffee company's support email only being monitored M-F during what I assume are standard business hours is causing massive "Workers, especially support workers, deserve time off" vs "I feel very stuck and I just want SOMEONE to help me" friction
@witchfynder_finder if a company wanted to man their phones on the weekend or outside of work hours it’s easy, just make those hours work double
like i would absolutely show up to work on saturday and sunday if it meant only working three days a week hell yes
work only 4 hours from 5pm to 9pm instead of 8 hours during the workday but still get paid the same??? hell yes

I know some manufacturing jobs out here have their third shift go for 7 hours but pay for 8 as a way to entice people to work them and it seems to work p well, so I'm sure something like this would work just as well and honestly even half availability on weekends is better than none
@witchfynder_finder i’m sure a union could negotiate this sort of thing as part of a contract 😏
