my question for my anarchist friends is how you even approach eliminating, for case of example, the pandemic of violence against children in U.S. evangelical households, without a state-level censorship campaign specifically designed to eradicate it
footbinding was not eliminated in China voluntarily. footbinding was eliminated through active criminalization, surveillance, and enforcement on the part of the state.
in many ways, our own problems are even more difficult to cure.
@Lady i don't have a clear answer right now, but replying to show that you got me thinking about it. it will definitely require a large scale effort to end, in a myriad of ways.
