it's a way to collect aesthetic markers and points and it seems like it would be helpful for sorting out my concept of ... everything

@KitRedgrave you can probably do it cheaper and simpler if you’re willing to get your paws dirty with a little XML
@KitRedgrave heck you could throw together a command line interactive script that prompts you for a URL, comment, and related tags and pops out an XML file with a hotlink and appropriate metadata in a couple hours
add an index page of some sort and bam! you have something you can browse locally or publish to the web
