i know two sets of twins now that are convinced they're dizygotic and everyone and their dog thinks they're monozygotic
@wallhackio the other set of twins insists that the doctor that birthed them said they're dizygotic and like. that doctor is a dumbfuck, 50% of monozygotic twins do not share an amniotic sac and sharing an amniotic sac is the only way to be sure they're monozygotic outside of genetic testing
@wallhackio yeah, dizygotic meaning two eggs were fertilized (two zygotes), monozygotic meaning one egg was fertilized (one zygote) and split into two after that
