Food / Cooking Question (Would prefer NOT to bake via oven as It's fucking hot this coming week)
Okay so my brother bought potatoes and naturally wants me to cook with them (does NOT have to be today but probably this week)
Problem is Idk what to do with them that will make them yummy (I mean yes you can make "Baked" potatoes in the microwave but it's NOT the same)
We have an air fryer (we also have an insta pot, crock pot, and and a rice cooker if those scream "I've got something that will work for summer without making everyone in the house wish for death!") We have a stove of course.
we have a "variety" of spices I couldn't give you a broken down list and some I would have to translate from Spanish as I am decaying a bit and don't remember all the spanish words for spices I learned to get more price-friendly saffron for example.
We have olive oil or butter.
We have some (Breaded) chicken and some tofu
We have some bagels but no bread and I am not making bread this week sorry!
We have a variety of cheeses and cow milk and oat milk (I need that oat milk for my coffee thank you) If any of y'all are interested
I'm not the best at cooking but I can do for example: Stirfry and Spaghetti (not at the same time)
we have some cut up veggies in the freezer (size cut to aim at stirfry) we also have cucumbers but I'm about to go pickle those
I'll edit this to clarify if anyone has any questions
Edit 1: If the potatoes need cutting I will make my brother do it I just need to advise him on size

@lapis what are you knife skills? can you use a knife to cut a potato into chunks?

@wallhackio my brother would be cutting it into chunks if need be. I would just need to advise him on size

@lapis gravy is optional imo
But my mom always had some gravy powder in the cabinet. You just add some to water in a heated saucepan and whisk together and boom instant gravy

@wallhackio It does sound delicious my main problem now is Gravy and also finding a main dish (as much as I'd be okay with inhaling Mashed Potatoes much like Kirby totally would)
