made a curry pizza with crispy chickpeas, roasted cauliflower and potato, charred red onion, curry spiced ricotta, and cumin infused tomato sauce last night

@wallhackio i totally freehanded it but heres the gist

make the king arthur beer pizza dough

microwave 3 golden potatoes and cut into 1/2" slices, dust with garlic powder and salt

make a tomato sauce with sauteed shallots and garlic, use lots of cumin and a touch of cinnamon instead of oregano or whatever, then make it like 50% heavy cream

chop a head of cauliflower into florets and put them in the sauce for 10 minutes

microwave a drained can of chickpeas for 10 minutes and toss in sesame oil

whip some ricotta with turmeric, curry powder, and salt

combine all of these on the pizza with some fresh and shredded mozzarella, bake at 500 for 10-15 min, top with parsley, curry powder, and kashmiri chili powder (or cayenne) when out of the oven
