Okay Chopping the TREE in Leo's hut is better than what I originally thought I read which was to chop at an inner wall of his hut.
I mean I think the feral child should be able to have a tree in his house, as a treat, and generally not have his house damaged????
(I might have already gotten this one I can't remember and I'm not playing right this second)
